Ethical and legally compliant conduct is a high priority for PETER/LACKE in its own business activities and in its relationships with all business partners, customers and employees. Due to the strong international growth of the PETER/LACKE Group and the increasing legal requirements, the topic of compliance has become considerably more important. In this context, PETER/LACKE has set up a whistleblower procedure that enables individuals, companies and other organizations to report violations of applicable law (e.g. bribery, fraud, violation of human rights and environmental regulations), of the PETER/LACKE Group's internal guidelines (e.g. Code of Conduct) or of the PETER/LACKE Group's Supplier Code of Conduct, or concerns regarding a potential or actual violation of these regulations.

Your information will be taken seriously and you are assured that you will not be disadvantaged in any way as a result of a justified report, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act HinSchG.

Your report will be taken seriously
PETER/LACKE carefully checks every report received. Without exception.

Your report will be treated confidentially
You can rest assured that your report or tip-off and the resulting investigation will be treated confidentially in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You can also submit your report anonymously
PETER/LACKE encourages you to submit your report in person. However, we understand that you may have concerns about submitting your report in person. We therefore offer you the option of submitting your report anonymously.


Your report will be processed by a dedicated team
As soon as you enter your report, you can see who will subsequently receive and process it. We adhere to the dual control principle during processing.


Our whistleblower platform/system is used to report grievances regarding social, environmental and business ethics issues and should not be used to report dissatisfaction, errors or defects in PETER/LACKE products or services! In such cases, please contact our sales or service team to contact us.
