Technical Assistance to the Laboratory Manager
- Laboratory order management: You check laboratory orders for completeness and plausibility, especially in coordination with sales
- You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the lab assignments
- The creation and maintenance of technical data sheets are part of your daily tasks
- You will process technical customer correspondence in coordination with the sales department

- Organization: You support the Operations department in the back office and also work closely with the Digitalization and IT departments
- Projects & optimization: You contribute your expertise, e.g. in the introduction of store floor management or the operations transformation roadmap, identify weaknesses and develop solutions
- Reporting: preparation and evaluation of data as well as the creation of presentations, e.g. for value stream management
- Ongoing studies in the field of industrial engineering, project and process management, process engineering or similar
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the planning, management and control of processes and workflows in a medium-sized company

- Independent, responsible handling of the PETER/LACKE Group's largest sales region in Europe with responsibility for sales and results and management of the sales force
- Developing strategies for the development of customers and markets, with the involvement of segment management and other sales regions of the PETER/LACKE Group
- Close cooperation with the various departments by proactively forwarding market and product-relevant information with the aim of providing holistic customer support
- Acquisition of new customers, support and development of the existing customer base

- You are responsible for the optimization of existing paint systems according to customer requirements as well as for new development within the scope of customer projects
- The preparation of paint samples, the application with the help of a spray gun and the testing of the painted substrates are part of your daily tasks

plant tests at the customer's premises
- For our laboratory in Poland, we are looking for employees who have completed vocational training as a (paint) laboratory technician (m/f/d) and have at least 2 years of professional experience
- You have already gained experience in the field of waterborne stoving coatings as well as UV systems and are familiar with glass and plastic coatings

- You will carry out minor manual maintenance and repair work on machines and systems as well as general installation work
- For new acquisitions, you will commission production facilities, equipment and systems together with the team
- Carry out troubleshooting and fault rectification on production facilities, systems and equipment - Managed via the central maintenance program, you carry out internal maintenance processes and support external tradespeople and customer services
- You select the necessary spare parts for your area and are responsible for procurement
- As part of the team, you will maintain the maintenance program and document tests carried out
- Process safety! You ensure that all statutory maintenance inspections are carried out on time across all departments and see yourself as an important part of the safety concept for our production and building technology
- You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (m,f,d) and have experience in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and servicing of systems and installations
- Ideally, you have completed your technician or master craftsman qualification
- You have a technical understanding of various types of machinery and plant engineering

During your apprenticeship, you will be trained as a production all-rounder: You will provide support in all areas of our production and be (co-)responsible for the smooth functioning of our machines. You will weigh and mix chemicals with special care and the necessary sensitivity. Last but not least, you will assist in taking and testing samples for the laboratory and in packaging/storing the finished coatings.

- Theory: 2 days a week you attend the vocational school at the vocational college Senne in Bielefeld
- And after the training period: we support you on your way to becoming a master craftsman or technician.

During your apprenticeship, you will be trained as a lab all-rounder: formulating, producing, applying and testing coatings, coating materials and coating systems, as well as providing technical advice to customers are all part of your job. On top of that, you will gain insights into the application areas of research, development, quality control, application technology and environmental protection.
- Training period: Your training period comprises 3 - 3.5 years.
- Lab-Allrounder: You run through all departments of our lab
- Theory: You take part in block courses at the Hans-Böckler-Berufskolleg in Münster and stay at a boarding school during this time.
- Support from Us: to make school easy for you, we offer internal factory classes
- Duration: 3 - 3.5 years
- Intermediate examination after 2 years
- Practical training in all departments
