PETER/LACKE offers a comprehensive range of high-quality powder coatings which are optimally matched to the company's own wet paint systems and have been designed for a wide variety of special applications.
Powder coatings are a particularly environmentally friendly coating technology where finely ground powder is applied to electrically conductive substrates without the use of solvents and cross-linked by thermal curing. This produces a uniform, robust surface with excellent technical and optical properties.
A key feature of PETER/LACKE systems is the wide range of stoving temperatures (130-230 °C) and optimum coordination with the corresponding wet paints. This enables the best possible color matching of different components as early as the development phase - even before the system is used in the application.
In addition, the powder coatings cover various binder technologies, including acrylates, highly weather-resistant polyesters and hybrid systems.
